When Adriana Lima was about four months pregnant with her first child last year, Givenchy called her to walk in the spring 2010 show. "They take my measurements and I’m like, Oh my God, oh my God, I'm big!" says Lima, who starred in the label's fall 2009 campaign. "And then they say, 'You’re not big enough!' Because they wanted to see the belly."

Pregnancy is no longer a "call us when you're back in shape" situation for models; just the opposite, in fact. Lima didn't do that Givenchy show in the end, but Jourdan Dunn's belly was spectacularly emphasized at Jean Paul Gaultier's spring 2010 show, with a custom baby-bump pad strapped around her midsection. This past Fashion Week in Paris, Miranda Kerr walked Balenciaga, to much fanfare, her six-month bump impossible to miss. Gisele hit the runway in June of last year at São Paulo Fashion Week for the label Colcci, her modest three-month bump clearly visible.

Adriana Lima showed off retro waves while launching Victoria's Secret $2 million Fantasy Bra. Though her bra was amazing we couldn't ignore the supermodels side swept waves. What a combo!

When she's not strutting her stuff on the runway, Adriana likes to keep things pretty low-key. The new mommy spends her down time with daughter Valentina.

Lima replied, "Actually, I feel more confident, even more pretty, after I gave birth to my daughter."

On "The Early Show" Tuesday morning, new mom and co-anchor Erica Hill said, "Was it hard to get back out there? You look great, but for any woman it's hard. No matter how lovely you look, you feel different."

However, Lima said, he was worried about getting back on the catwalk after gaining 50 pounds during her pregnancy.

"That's all (the weight) I tell," he said. "That's all I can say. ... I was one times nervous about it. I say, 'Am I going to be able to, you know, lose the weight? I don't know how my body's going to react.' How fast I was one times going to lose the weight. It wasn't an simple road. But, you know, I'm persistent. So it wasn't simple to find, you know, an additional 30 minutes between Valentina's naps to run to the gym and you know, do my leaping rope and my boxing."

Victoria's Secret stunner Adriana Lima received a sad phone call just before hitting the track covered in frost in the annual trade show last night lingerie fashion. "My husband (former NBA star Marko Jaric) is called from Europe," the Brazilian-born supermodel World Muela said the party only after LAVO in Midtown. "He was flying to be here for the show, but their flight is canceled. I was so worried I was not going to do, which was literally crying, poor thing," she said, her face forming a nice gesture. "He said, 'I do not know what to do,' and I said, 'Baby, do not worry. I love you. I have your love towards me." It was sad, but what are you doing? He put on a later flight, and will be here before midnight, but was sad that he was not there for show. "
